First of all, sorry for my absence as I was on a vacation and forgot about this thread.

Anyway, you have to upload the attached image to your server first.
Then go to AdminCP and Custom BB Codes --> BB Code Manager.

Then edit the "Google Video" BBcode and add the right path to the image you just uploaded for the "Button Image (Optional)" field.
