If somebody else has this problem I found the way to fix it. (I don't know why this missed with the upgrade):

Go to: vbPlaza // vbPlaza // click on Change Username

then on Input Field Settings (Advanced Users Only!)

add

Phrase Name: vbplaza_username

Field Name: username
