I use vBookie on my forum for horse races, as my site is a thoroughbred handicapping site. There are times when the race is cancelled and I have no winner of the race. This happened recently and I chose the "No Outcome" button to settle the race. I assumed that this would refund all of the betters vCash but it did not. Is there something I am missing? If so, what is the correct procedure for refunding someones cash if a race is cancelled?
