I can not get the VB pager options in the UserGroup Management area in the admin cp. All files are downloaded and templates are updated, but I get the error that "Sorry, you are not allowed to use vB Pager!" I know that is because I have to grant permissions to access the VB pager but there is no options to do so in the admin CP. I have reviewed the pictures posted here and I do not have those VBpager options inside the usergroup section.

I am running version 3.5.4 @ www.xxxmurder4hirexxx.com/VBulletin
