For a default-ish style, it works very well. I like the boxes at top with the latest news and positions in.

You have good activity and it certianly seems popular (112 members online when I posted this).

I'd personally be tempted to tweak the style a bit more, probably starting out with replacing some of the images for custom ones or for a different set that match your current style that have been pre-created.

Considering that the site is still very new, it is doing well. Kepp up the good work
