Ever want to invididually colorize a specific thread title? Sticky a specific thread and bold/italicize it? WITHOUT having to do vbplaza point garbage?

AcidBurn came up with something pretty decent located here:

The only problem I see with that is its a global change and every thread as to be the same color. I've done searches and I havn't seen anything like this done yet.

So my idea? Admin/Mod customizable, from the thread options list. Having the ability to set a color invididually for a thread, each thread. Having the ability to BOLD some threads will italicizing others.
