and i think that this will help u go to:
Scheduled Tasks ->Activation Reminder Email -> and then press on go -> then set the minutes like this (0-0-0-1) and you will see a check box with this title (Log Entries) tick on yes and this will make these things:
when a member regeister and regeistration completed it will send him the activation and he will check his mail and activate his account but i prefer that you should remove the activation i think that this is better i dont like this but its up to you i have tried this and it works with me.
