That fixed my border problem, thank you.

But what the guide says to edit for the quick reply and such (panel and panelsurround) are already customized to my style and still haven't changed....

Edit: It does it for part of it (the smilies section) when looking at newthread, and it loads the colors like it is supposed to but when it loads later it goes back to gray...
