Fantastic mod. Easily the best one i have installed. 3 things i want to bring up

I get this ^ when i click on Add Elements. I'm brought to vbgooglemaphse.php?do=addelement . Do you know the reason for this?

Map Size: My forum is 700px in width and the vbgooglemaphse.php page is spilling over the right side. How can i change the table size?

File Name: How can i change the file name from vbgooglemaphse.php to something which my members will remember a bit better such as map.php?
