vb.org Archive - View Single Post - 2 header bars on forum, how do i remove one?

I did something before i dont remeber what it was. but i know it put a space between forums and moved the header under the catagory strips.
The error im having now is there is one at the top and bottom. how do i remove the top one?
What template will it be in and what should i be looking to delete?
