I'm using 3.6 rc1 and it only shows registered members, it will not show mods, super mods, admin. Not sure about the custom user groups yet though. So there may not be something to exclude anyone, but it will need to be updated for 3.6, probably after it goes gold, but sooner would be nice.

If I do a "Update User Titles and Ranks" in the update counters section under maintenance it will then add me to the list of posters.
