And yes, the staff is only made up of regular individuals, i'm sure the community (all being admins) know this I think when people address the staff, as the staff, they just mean it as the majority. The same way i will refer to the "members" as the majority.

Perhaps they do mean it as the majority, but generalisation isn't always accurate or fair:cross-eyed:
