Okay, i havent yet made a proper design of what i expect it to look like. But just to give you an insight into how i expect it to turn out, ive made a very simple design in paint.

The tabs will have different colours. The selected tab should be raised when that page loads as the attachment displays.

Another area of detail i was considering was to make all the tabs a grey colour, when the cursor hovers over that tab, it changes colour -but i dont know how to do that. Would those kind of effects still be possible for vB?
