Is there anyway to stop an admin's username from being used in "soft deletion" messages and other users post edits?

e.g. instead of it reading "deleted by Ted - reason: No Spam please" it read "deleted by ADMIN - reason: No Spam please" and the same when you edit a normal members post....

We want to appear fair and equal rather than it appearing that only 1-2 admins are doing all the dirty work....

There may already be a Mod for this - but I couldn't find one. We are currently using VBulletin 3.5.4....
