Charter is actually working pretty well as of late.....Amazingly. I'm actually surprised. Normally charter is rather slow....they must actually be working tonight.

The second test ran at 33.2 Mbps, however upload is currently dragging on my end. Downloads work just fine, uploads suck to the bottom of the barrel .
