Is there any reason you guys can think of that the email notification system for every type of email sent by the boards isnt working?

this includes but isnt limited to:
-when a user signs up it doesnt:
--notifiy me
--send the activation email to them
--send the welcome email to them after activation

-when i set it to "moderate users" it doesnt:
--send the user a welcome email after moderation
--send me an email telling me of a new user

-when a user makes a new post it doesnt notify me in my email of it

all in all none of the email features done automatically by vbulletin work at all. the only things that work is when a user decides to email another. but that is done manually, not auto by vbulletin.

any ideas? b/c the fact that these arent being sent out is a crucial downfall of the forums.

i feel bad for doing this, but i rlly need help. plzzz help i cant get my forums runnin correctly w/o the email features working.
