As long as it is on it's own licence, and has it's own database (it will cause endless problems otherwise) then you won't have any problems.

I have my live board, then two test boards (one for each of my licences) all on the same domain and it works perfectly. They are all different versions too as it doesn't interfere with each other as they all have their own database and directory.
