hello mates

i have a trouble with baning users i have this user on my wes site he alway comes online and swears to people from shaout box or he writes them onto message im keep bannin his user name and ip but he always changes his ip and registers and do the same acts so i saw one smf web site they bannin users computer ip and when they do that there is no way that the user ceen get in to site from this ip so is how can i get peoples computer ip or is there any other hack that can do the same trick to get me rid of this people i want to ban this users for ewet from that computer so please help me out guys thanx...
