Finally something I can contribute to. I was slandered on a board once and they posted my IP number of my computer publicly for all to see. Dont know how serious that is some say it isnt and other say it is. However I retained a lawyer and he sent letters to the site admin and the not sure of the terminology but the host and server? Anyways after thousands of dollars for his research of the laws he said to go further would cost me at least 20 thousand to take them to court. He was quite sure we had a good chance of winning. So I dropped it as I didnt have that kind of money to do that.
