The Troll Meter - Auto Ban

This mod lives in the users postbit and has the link:
report as troll

You can set how many members must report a troll, say 25, once the threshold is met the troll is placed into a banned group and emailed that the community has banned them.

Simple and effective.

If there is anything like this already I'd love to know where. Thanks!
