Why would this be closed ?

You seem to mention a lot of unnecessary information for a "simple question", is there something you are trying to imply

The Chief closed the poll the other day saying he would announce the winner, so I guess we are still waiting for him. The result is not exactly in question as you can see from the poll results. Since this is the first time we have run this then teething troubles are to be expected and despite the conspiricy theories you may come across, the answer is most likely that it's got a bit mixed up about who was going announce it.
