I don't really know where to post this question, or find older discussions about this, so I'll try post a new one in here.

Short description: Sometimes when I rename threads with ajax that are moved with a redirect, I'll get an error message (attachment). I really don't know where to start or how to describe this in a better way, so instead I ask if someone have the same problems and if someone possibly know why this happens?
