I'll release it here in this thread.. The install instructions didn't change, but I highly urge you that if you had installed the IRC Manager before, I highly urge you to uninstall that one before installing mine.

What my addon has,

Support for the Owner and Admin Ranks.
Should fix a "sock already in use" error.
