The best way to do it is to add your copyright into the footer prior to the export of the style xml file. Then with the images in the correct directory structure for uploading via FTP, package it all into a zip file along with a text file containing the installation instructions. ie upload image directories to yourstyle/images or where ever they need to be, then import style xml.
