Yes, I have this installed on my vbadvanced cmps page.

I got this directly from the paypal site

When I installed the code, and attempted to make a test donation, it added 10% of the donation in shipping costs. I guess you could omit the two lines of code I provided, and get an extra dime for every dollar donated....LOL
