I'm updating some counters and it's not changing anything. He posted in the shoutbox less than an hour ago and it's still showing his last activity online as 7:22 PM (it's 10:46 my time)

Is it because he's not posting anywhere in the forums

AHH! I think I know what it is! Is it because he's just sitting on the main page in the shoutbox? Since he's having no reloading activity (since the new shoutbox doesn't have to reload a page to be able to post in it) would this show him as offline/not been online since a certain time for this reason?
