A script could be written to do such a thing. U'd basically have to write a script to:

1) Read in x number of users
2) Unserialize their bank
3) Update that user's bank amount

And repeat until no more users are found. It's possible to do, just I havent had time to do such a script and more over, I can't possibly test a script like this as I do not have the old version of uCash installed that had bank points as well. So it's hard to code something when u dont have a system to test it on.
