Invision to Vbulletin Questions?

I know there are importers to switch from Invision to vBulletin.

Would this be a difficult task with 100,000 posts and 3000 members?

Also converting would all Google index pages be lost or come up with 404 errors?

Not really savvy when it comes to this.
