I think the problem is that your questions have been very non-specific and you seem to be wanting to stand back and have somebody else do your coding. VB.org is more about learning to code things yourself or hiring a professional to do it for you. Not many of us have the time to go in and do major repair work on another admin's site.

So, instead of just reposting repeated cries of help me - ask specific questions about specific problems and read some of the tutorials about basic forum modification. You'll get a lot further that way.
