Outsourcing all static files (avatars, attachments) to a second server via ftp

Hello!
I have a very important issue, since my main server has actually only a small included monthly transfer limit and I have a second server with a lot of traffic which is mostly unused. I would like to export all static files like user avatars and attachments to the second server on the fly after uploading them by the user.

Can anybody please help me with this issue?
