First impressions: get rid of that popup box that follows you around. It is very annoying, and had I not been reviewing I wouldn't have stayed. Also, every time you return to forumhome it comes back to bug you again.

You have a very nice style there. However, you have far too many forums. I would expect no more than 10 forums on a site with 102 threads and 317 posts. The majority of your forums have one thread in, and that isn't conductive to people joining to take part.

In your navbar, I would make the second row the same color as the first one. I would also wrap the moderator application form in an if condition to only show to members.

The only link at the top of your site (the tabs) that works is the home one. I would either update the links so that they work, or take them out completely. At the moment they are redundant which has a negative impact on the useability.

Finally, the site of the month in the side bar I would make a clickable link.

Overall, I think it has promise, but requires some work to be done on it.
