Hi - thanks for the reply its really appreciated.

I rebuilt using 'admincp/index.php?do=buildbitfields' but still no joy.
Here is exactly what I do. When I go to enter a new post and type in
[media]
http://www.myserverpath.com/mymp3filepath.com
[/media]

rather than show a media player of some type as I would expect it just shows my text that I typed. rebuilding using buildbitfields didnt make any difference
