I like your style, the blues go well together, although I'm not struck on the black background. Your logo doesn't who very well on the black background either.

I'd check your google TOS as I'm pretty sure that you can't have three adsense blocks plus the search box all on the same page.

You seem to be off to a good start. I notice that cscgal is a co-admin, so you're in good hands
