OK ... i installed the Welcome panel hack but when i click private messages it comes up saying ...

Cannot find phrase 'cantpm'

I have asked another friend that owns a VB to look for that phrase on his and he dont have it ... i took the hack off and it still says that ... can anyone help me or tell me the phrase its refering too ??
