I've just recently moved over to a VPS web hosting service, LiquidWeb, and their support so far has been top notch. Being that I'm nearly clueless when it comes to server-side operations the representatives did not degrade me in any way. I've called 5 times yesterday alone and they were very informative and patient.

The plan that I have currently can be found by clicking here. You won't get much info just by looking at the site but I can tell you from my end that I'm pleased. I'll post back later for an update on LiquidWeb services.
