Is there a way to set floodcheck for time between posts for specific users? (vB3.0.3)

Yes, I just wanted to know if this was possible as we have someone on my board who is a little post-happy. Right now we don't have the minimum set-time for posting as we want to promote posting, but this guy takes it too far. We don't want to ban him as he's not really done anything bannable, but his incredible amount of spam posts are really annoying.
