I'd like to nominate Digital ET -

Digitalet.net (DET) is the central hub of a community, the foundation for a blossoming network of sites that focus on entertaining, educating and enhancing each member of its community. By providing forums, live chat, downloads, online radio, online journals, detailed, searchable member profiles, an online arcade with leaderboards and a group of forum leaders that work diligently in moderating thier respective forums, we hope to provide a safe enviroment for the community as a whole to enjoy. We believe that each member is a brick in our foundation. That being said, each member has a voice and the potential to affect great change in the day to day operations of the site, for better or worse.
