You have to go into the user options (admin cp) and remove it yourself

. Manually - for each user. Before you uninstalled, hopefully you got the names of everyone with 'me.

Its down by the bottom. I don't know, you might have to reinstall to do that. Or you might be able to revert (i.e. - replace the new stuff you did in the postbit template with the original from your skin).

I can't recall which one would work - I'm too tired, but I hope I helped you a bit. Sorry!
