Thanks Dan for the added information. Much appreciated.
I have called sales reps four times on this issue and this is what they suggested I do.
Post to PRE-sales and see if someone will answer. I was lead to believe that pre-sales forum I am able to post.
I understand that I need a license for hacks. However, I am unaware of ANY Hebrew and Arabic calendar hacks. Therefore this post in pre-sales.
