As the forum grows, people will miss the announcement. And not everyone reads the FAQ before they dive in and start using the feature. I have already let my mods know that they need to spend the next few weeks showing people how it works, but I think that a phrase that pops up on que will be more effective. If it can't be done then we will just go with announcements, an FAQ, and mentioning it several times until other users get the hang of it and begin mentoring the next generation of new users. Wishful thinking, is all.
