How do I make a forum not appear on 'New Posts' as I have a new forum which takes the whole thing up

MEH. I can't remember what else. Oh yeah- How do I edit the BB Code editor thing so when you click the button on the editer it doesnt say 'Please enter option for your 'TAG HERE' So like I have a highlight one how do I do it so it says 'Please enter the color for your highlight'?
