on the site i admin i am the Tech admin while the site owner is almost forgotten by all the other members because he is being held against his will by his fiancee, he pops on a few times a month then disappears again.

We tried a poll similar to yours once and decided it wasnt a good idea, there is always one person who would get upset at the results no matter how "mature" you think all the staff are.
