Silly little slaps on the wrist like like this take up time that more important issues could have been addressed in. But you choose to admonish rather then say, wow, to someone, that could be a great idea, let's get back on topic and talk more about.

Let's see Boofo has some fun, Boofo Quits and Marco says get back on topic in a thread that was having sucess for the poster. Great management with strange coincidences surrounding it.

This should spawn a few new feedback threads itself. Are you people that disconnected? Everytime one of you big bosses micro manages, this place slides backwards. There is overwheling eveidence of this, yet the process, despite being a failure, is repeated over and over.
