The problem with uploading pictures and they don't appear happens on mine only when the picture is larger than the size set. VBGarage uses it's own size limit, but does not resize or warn. It doesn't use the picture sizes defined for attachments. Worth checking if you are having an issue where uploads appear to work but don't show.
