Thanks for that, yes a drop down box with the categories on post reply (both quick and advanced) is what I was wanting.

I agree about the catids, that's a better idea.

I have a problem where when I create an HTML caded table in a post it makes a huge gap between the top of the post and the table itself, and I mean huge!
