100% Width Problem

I've got Margins off and tables for the header and footer of my forum set to 100%, but theres a little 5 pixel area on the very right which means it scrolls a little bit.

How do I get rid of this?...

I know its kinda crude, but its what I do if somethings not aligned right.

The table with "Buy Credits | Past Contests |...

The table with "Buy Credits | Past Contests | Hall Of Fame" is a bit too long compared to the others.

I like the scheme though, soft on the eyes.

This is in vBulletin 3 with the Legacy style postbit.

On my skin, sometimes the user info cell tends to stretch beyond the size it's supposed to. I've modified it a little, but heres a screenshot...

I've not been doing vB3 skins for long, but I think i've produced a decent one at last.

The buttons aren't exactly finished, but the skin is bearable at least.
