Admin and mods can only see link in header...

I have seen this before and have been searching for two days but cannot find it

I want to put a link to another page in my custom template for my navagation links that only usergroups 5 and 6 can...

I am using a modified copy of the admin/user.php in the mod directory so...

actually....I am not running anyones hacks for what I have done....I did it myself but all I really need to do is make the invisible choice dissapear from the user.php page but still set it to zero...
