Prevent Subscription API Editing

Is There any way to prevent any one to edit the API after it is set with the necessary payment id so that no one else can edit for example

Can we make donation button as floating and when user donates then the donation button is hide for donators only.

How to shift forum to a new directory

I have installed the forum and am running it in the main directory, but now i want to shift the forum to www.mysite.com/forum
Is there a way to do this without loosing the MODs that i have put...
