You can do some of that in the files. I had added 0 for Not Rated Yet on my test forum seemed to work fine and not cause problems so adding more or taking away a few wouldn't be to much different....

The 2nd bug I found was when that person deletes their rating and then rate again on that same one. The tally for the community gets all messed up....
