Any way to highlight Subscribed threads like sticky threads

I am trying to find a way to make it possible so that threads a member subscribes to are highlighted similar to the way a sticky is highlighted with a slight color change. Really would look better...

I was able to modify the level.xml but promotions...

I was able to modify the level.xml but promotions part is still not working. I am having to manually promote people right now.
